Sin of Sodom was so large that the Lord decided to destroy it, Lot was living in Sodom, and the Lord knew Abraham was concerned about Lot. The Lord Almighty did not want to do anything without informing His friend Abraham because it concerned Abraham. The word says Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7.
What an awesome God we serve, who shares His plans with us. He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. Dan 2:22 Lord wants to reveal all secrets with His friends. Are you the friend of God? Jesus said Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. John 15:14
