Low esteem is not from God, it is a fiery dart from the evil one. Many times we feel guilty even after confessing our sins, we live in the past. We meditate on our weakness and think we are not good. We end up not having joy and live in the fear of future. When Zechariah had the vision, the state of God’s people where similar to this, they were under bondage and they had nothing to hope for. But the see what the Lord think of us.
Precious: Oh! My soul; listen to what the Lord says. “for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye” Zec 2:8. We are so precious, Lord’s beloved ones, I boast in my Lord and I rejoice, for His name sake; I am precious.
Prosper: “Shout and be glad, Daughter Zion. For I am coming, and I will live among you,” declares the LORD” Zec 2:10. We will not lose; whatever is the situation, we will prosper, for the Lord is with us.
Protection: “And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the LORD, ‘and I will be its glory within” Zec 2:5. No evil will fall upon us; no weapons formed against us will prosper, for Lord is our protector.
Peace: “Be still before the LORD” Zec 2:13. Let us stop worrying and start trusting. Let us meditate on His promises and wait patiently to see what the Lord is going to do.
Prayer:Lord; I believe I am so precious, I will prosper for you are with me, I am safe for you are my protector, I will be peaceful and I will dwell in your presence. Amen.
