Verse:
You are strong with God s word living in your hearts and you have won your battle with Satan 1 John 2:14
Thought:
Many are desperate and not knowing what to do, because they do not realize it’s a spiritual battle. Lord cannot tempt you to do evil for His word says, “For God can not be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone” James 1:13. So our fight “We do not wage war as the world does” 2 Cor 10:4. You will never win until you realize who you are fighting against, it not your family, wife, friends or colleagues. It’s Satan. He moves around you as a roaring like looking to devour you. How to defeat Satan.?
Jesus set an example. Three times He was tempted, He replied and defeated Devil by the Word. Jesus himself needed God s Word, how much more then we. Here it’s talking of Word living in you. Lord told Joshua. Jos 1:8 “Study this Book… Mediate on it day and night.. Only then will you may succeed.” Therefore Lord himself is giving a promise, if you study the Word and Mediate, you will never lose. Then whole spiritual battle is won.

Jesus I want the Word to be the part of my life. Thus you live in me always. Amen
