Story: Jesus gave power and authority to His disciples and sent them out for ministry. After a day’s ministry, the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida so they could rest, but the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.
Lesson: When Lord sends us out for ministry; He will equips us with power and authority. There is a time to rest, so we will become renewed. We need to share our testimony with God’s children. Any time, any state we could go to Almighty in prayer, we are always welcomed. Our Lord longs to speak to us, we need to listen. Lord provides for all our needs however tough it looks like, so let’s stop worrying. What did we learn about Jesus?
Prayer: Father Lord; teach me to be fully committed to you. Give me a listening and longing heart. Mould me to be a good tool in your hands. Amen.
