For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.(NKJV)
Another translation says
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (NIV)
Like Aksah, who sought prosperous land from her father Caleb in Joshua 15:19, let us seek prosperity and green pastures from God.
God is thinking of us. God has a desire to bless everyone. Bless with prosperity.
Psalm 35:27b – “Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
Well being/prosperity is a blessing.
Psalm 84:11- For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.
God gives goodness. Psalm 23 :6 says “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; “
Every minute, God’s goodness is available for us
Psalm 115:14- May the LORD give you increase more and more, You and your children.
God will increase you in the place where you desire the same.
Proverbs 10:22 says The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.
Lord Jesus came into this world to give abundance of life.
John 10:10b – I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
We have to attain fullness in life as mentioned in the above verse.
2 Corinthians 8:9- For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.
Jesus took the poverty in order to make us rich. God wants to bless our wealth.
Deuteronomy 8:18- “And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
It is God who gives powers to make wealth. God gives wisdom, grace, favour of men.
1 Corinthians 2:16- For “who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
God’s thoughts are always good for us. Wisdom, grace, anointment and favour comes from the Lord.
God will make us to be the head and not the tail. (Deuteronomy 28:13) God’s plan is to prosper you. Plan to give you hope and a future.
God shall give upliftment in your workplace by giving promotion and increase in income. God will bless you with a surplus. He will bless the works of your hand. God will open heaven for us. God will bless and guide us.
He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory. I Samuel 2:8.
