Dreams, vision and prophecy is not for a particular person. It is a promise to all of God’s children.
Prophecy is foretelling the future events. It will be spoken through the stirring up of Holy Spirit.
(Numbers 12:6)God will reveal Himself through dreams, visions and He will speak . He doesn’t reveal it to a particular tribe or caste.
The prophetic gift is within everyone who has received the Holy Spirit while accepting Lord Jesus. The prophetic blessing will be lead by the Holy Spirit. We ourselves will be the prophet through the Holy Spirit.
Our hearts will be stirred up through prayer, Bible meditation, relationship with God and living a Holy life. More than speaking through others, God will speak to you directly. Wait upon the Lord for being stirred up in spirit.
