Thought:
Priority:Jesus sent an example for us in prayer. A prayer life was the most important thing for Jesus, for we see Jesus going to wilderness early in the morning to pray when others were sleeping. Is it the most important thing for us?
Believe: ” If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Math 21:22 Very words of Jesus while speaking to Jesus (that’s prayer) we are confident Jesus hears and answers. Otherwise prayers are just empty words. Ask Lord to Mark 16:14 “he (Jesus) rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe”
Confident: That Lord will answer Mark 11:24 “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” So you receive all what you believe. Jesus set an example for this too by speaking at the tomb of Lazarus like this John 11:42 “I knew that you always hear me,”
Life Style: Acts 1:14 “”All joined together constantly in prayer,” It is not just few moments its always as the words says 1 Thess 5:17 “pray continually” Speak out in quiet time other times meditate by speaking to Jesus in your heart.
Prayer:
Lord, rebuke my prayerlessness and put in me the spirit of prayer. That I will have a continuous thanks giving prayer life. Amen
