Grow in the God given spirit of wisdom

Grow in the God given spirit of wisdom - Morning devotion 14 December 2021

by Pastor Solomon Kings | Morning Devotion

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:7

God will take out the fear, terror , adverse thoughts from all of us.

God has not given us the spirit of fear but of sound mind.

Pray for deliverance from spirit of fear and trouble in heart.

Proverbs 23:5, says, “Will you set your eyes on that which is not?…….”

God will give discipline in mind.
Our mind should not be after void things.

Do not fear over things that will not happen or doesn’t exist. God will do all things at right time.

As stated in Proverbs 23:12, “Apply your heart to instruction, And your ears to words of knowledge.”

Words of knowledge is the word from God. Social media is filled with word of God which has words of wisdom. Listen to it.

James 1:22, says, “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves”.

We ourselves should not be deceived and we have to get rid of false thoughts. God has plans for everyone before laying foundation of this world. He never changes from His plan according to the situations.
Get into a confidence over God by seeking the words of wisdom. Have these words in your heart.

Colossians 3:1, says , “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God”.

Desire to seek things of above.
Have desire to execute all the plans without quitting.

John 4:34, says, “Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work”.

As a family plan, to execute the will of God.

Philippians 1:5, “for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now,…”

Never complain about your situation.

Wait and pray. Situation may be against us. But, wait in His presence.

Hebrews 13:8, says , “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever”.

Confess it.
