Everyone will go weary and needs rest and quietness. Lord Jesus also had the same feeling.

Sometimes we may have lowness in spirit. Some people will make us to feel troubled.

(Romans 12:8 NIV) Give encouragement. Encourage self and also encourage others. David is an example of Self encouragement.

(Phil 1:11,12) Onesimus was a slave under imprisonment. He was encouraged and was rebuilt by Paul. Paul writes nice words about him, “I am sending him back. You therefore receive him, that is, my own heart,”

Encourage yourself and others always, which should start from your own family. (Psalm 103:1&2)

Look unto everyone as great and help them to grow, encourage them while they are tired.

Ask God for such gift of encouragement.

Lord Jesus is a great encourager.
