For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up.
Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.
God will set His eyes on us for good. Human beings see everyone with some intention. With an intent of love, desire, interest, etc. God sees for good.
When the Israelites were disobedient, He gives away them in the hands of the enemies but when they suffer in their hands he cares for them with a zeal. His grace, love, and mercy will bound us. He surrounds us like a fire to protect us.
Genesis 28:15, Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”
Until the promises are fulfilled, God keeps His eyes on us.
Psalm 32:8-I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
God never sleeps or slumbers in order to help us and guide us.
Deuteronomy 32:10- “He found him in a desert land And in the wasteland, a howling wilderness; He encircled him, He instructed him, He kept him as the apple of His eye
As God has set His eyes on us, He guides and protects like the apple of the eyes. He is a wonderful God.
Deuteronomy 32:11, says “As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up, Carrying them on its wings,”
God leads. Eagle lays eggs in the nest, latter destroys it and put down its young ones in order to teach them to fly. But, it always keeps an eye over it. When the young ones seems to fail, the eagle supports it by spreading its wings.
Similarly, God does for us. If it seems that we are drowning, He gives his hand to help. If we sink, He extends His hands and helps as He helped the drowning Peter.
Eagle teaches to fly by dropping its young ones down from the nest.
God allows us to suffer in order to make us firm. God’s eye is upon us.
When Job suffered also. God’s eye were on him and at last God blessed him with double portion.
When God allows sorrow, sadness, suffering, know that it is for exalting you.
Psalm 121:8, The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.
Deuteronomy 11:12, a land for which the LORD your God cares; the eyes of the LORD your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.
God who sees will stay with you.
God does not take away His eyes from us. He builds and plants.
When He builds, we will be like Zion. If he plants, we will be like the olive tree.
Speak to your soul that God is looking upon you. Many people desire to seek the attention of their spouse, parents, etc. But know that God’s attentive eyes are upon you to uplift, exalt and bless, until which we have to stay humble under His mighty hand.
