There is a answer for your tear.
There is a reward for your deed.
God gives strength to the week.
(Mark 9:41) God will give reward for your sacrifices.
(Mathew 5:11&12) Your reward will come where you were accused with out any cause.
(1 Corinthians 15:58) Your deeds/works will never be in vain.
(Proverbs 22:4) You shall have a open path for being humble.
(Proverbs 18:16) Your work shall bring you to high positions and make a path.
Everything is being counted by God.
