Verse:
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. Mathew 15:28
Thought:
A lady came to Jesus and cried to Jesus for help, for her daughter was suffering greatly. Jesus did not answer a word to her. How do we react when Lord is silent, but He is never absent? The lady never stopped crying and kept following Jesus. Jesus then answered; I haven’t come for you but for Israel. She immediately worships Jesus. What do we do when we are denied answer? Jesus, again denied her request, still the lady persisted.

Not once three times she was denied, each time she became louder and more persistent. Jesus publicly appreciated her faith, she never said Jesus you can heal my daughter, but she knew help comes only from Jesus and she never gave up. Delay is never denial, can we like Jacob say Lord I am not going to leave you till you blesses me.

Prayer:
Jesus, I easily give up, and I start grumbling when things go wrong. I am sorry Jesus; help me Lord to be persistent. Amen.
