LORD’ ‘ S REASON TO ANSWER AND DELIVER
Verse
“Answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness! .. For the sake of Your name, O LORD, revive me. In Your righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.” Psalm 143:1,11
Thought
Lord will answer us for He is faithful and because of His righteousness. Revival happens for His name sake. He brings us out of every trouble for He is righteous. Let us not think it is our fasting and right living gained us something. Our righteousness itself is imputed into us by God. It is only Grace that saved us and Grace alone will lead us. Our prayer and fasting is also the result of Grace’s God. So let us stop condemning ourselves and trust God for He is faithful. Confess by responding to conviction.
Let us take Grace seriously, do not take sin lightly. Be serious about prayer, let worship be our life style, be a witness at all times. Be passionate of sharing the word, Fast and bring down the strongholds of satan, let all these things be practiced than desiring to do, let the knowledge be practiced. Today Lord Spirit is asking you to do all these, do not delay, there will be day where the Lord shuts the door. Let us not be like the 5 foolish virgin who forgot to do right things at the right time. Today is the time, practice the preaching. Walk the talk.
Prayer
Lord, help to practice all what I heard from the word and what I
preach. Answer me and lead me for your name sake. Amen.
