Psalm, 103:1-5
Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, O my soul, (let praising be just not by words, let it come out of deep gratitude and every portion of our body, heart and soul be filled thanksgiving and praises) and forget not all his benefits- (remember all what the Lord has done for us, meditate on the ways our Lord has lead us thus far) who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, (spiritual healing and physical healing is by His mercy and grace, both are His will, let us ask and receive) who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, (We have been pulled out of deep pit and made us to stand on the rock, Lord has filled us with His great love and He has poured out His compassion) who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Lord fulfils all our desires us with good things, Lord fulfils us with all good promises, when we are weary our Father renews our strength like that of the eagle)
