Verse:
“But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.” Psalms 71:14
Thought:
How can we praise God with all our heart, when we are broken? David said I hope continually which means even when we did not get the answer for what we hoped for, still we continue to hope, Abraham hoped to have a child because Lord promised Him, but He did not have the answer for the hope for 25 years long.
The word says Rom 4:18-20 “Who against hope believed in hope …And being not weak in faith .. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.” It says 25 years He gave glory to God, How could Abraham praise God in the situation and still have hope against hope. Answer Rom 4:21 “And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform” Are you fully persuaded? Are really sure, Lord will fulfill all the promises.
Prayer:
Lord I am fully persuaded that all the promises you gave will come to pass and never ever be lost. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen
