What is your hope and where is it?
“Hope deferred makes the heart sick,” Proverbs 13:12
We hope for many things and ask Jesus to give it to us. When delay
happens, we lose hope and even think this is not God’s will. But the
word says “No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame ” Psalm
25:3. Always remember when you desire for something and that turns out
to be hope and we push that with the faith button. How to hope for,
desire that is born in us should be from the Lord, this can be
confirmed if we have peace when we pray and have a confirmation
through the word of God.
” Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your
hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.” Psalm
42:5. If you have the confirmation from the Lord, put your hope in the
Lord and praise Him for the miracle He is going to do. The word says
Rom 4:17-20 Abraham hoped against hope for He was persuaded that the
Lord who promised is fully capable to fulfill what He promised. Cling
on to the promises of God when you have to wait for the hope you have.
If you are losing hope it will make you sick and weak.
Prayer:
My hope is in you Lord and my strength is in you Lord. Thank you for
the promises you gave me in this time of wait for HOPE.
