Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.
This verse tells us that people should hold this belief. This faith should lead us to believe that God is aware of our issues and the situations we are in and that he will save us.
Nahum 1:13, For now, will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.
Isaiah 10:27 quoted in relation to the verse, And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
With anointing, everything in one’s life will alter. Now how can we be anointed?
In life, anointment happens in a variety of ways. As an illustration, the bible itself anoints individuals who read it and rely on it. According to Colossians 3:1-2 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affections on things above, not on things on the earth.
According to the above scripture, the anointing will therefore not work if we seek after earthly pleasures, positions, and fortunes. Nevertheless, if we read the word of God, submit ourselves, retain it, and dwell on it, then the anointing will come to us in many different ways, and all the suffering, illness, and slowdowns will be gone. The words of God will never let anyone down, won’t make you feel alone, won’t make you feel weak at that time; instead, they will heal illness, give you strength, break the bondage, and make you new, but we should always wait for God’s ultimate glory.
Second, we must have faith and trust in God’s word. Trust should start to grow. Saying “I trust in those words”. For some people, the Bible verse would speak to them in their inner hearts or give some kind of feeling that would encourage them. So, in difficult moments, we should take a verse from the Bible and declare it as a promise. As God will never forsake us, the power of anointment will work.
Therefore, if the word of God is with us, God will always prosper, strengthen, and be with us.
